A few people have the pot blaster here from HF. Seems like they love it with minor modifications to work better.

One thing you might want to think about with you using B17 is just using a siphon blaster. All you are wanting to do is just clean and etch your metal. That is all I have used for ever.

I do have a commercial pot blaster for outside use and have just converted a HF type pot blaster into a siphon blaster on steroids I call it and it will even blast off powder but I also have B17 so all I need most of the time is just a good etch. But it comes in handy on rusted parts and blasting off mill scale. I also have a product call Acid Magic that I order through Ace Hardware and it diluted with water will also remove rust and remove mill scale.

With no more compressor then you have you need use like a 1/8 inch nozzle so make sure you buy extra ones. Or buy a tungsten one it it will last you for a very long time.

Are the wheels you are wanting to do factory steel or aluminum?
All I have said is said just for meanness so I don't have to argue with anyone!
