Here is a good video of what we do, in case anyone isn't familiar with cutting.
I don't cut aluminum, because my cutter is only a 30amp machine. AL sucks the life out of it, and it only has a 10% duty cycle.
The PlasmaCam table is the same as mine, though.

Hello to all!!

Loving this site. Sooo much info on powder coating.

We have a Plasmacam Sampson table 5' x 10' with a Hypertherm 65 cutter. The smoke removal system is a 3200 cfm fan from global with the garage door cracked in the winter.

Currently building a powder coating oven and a spray booth. Soon to follow is a hydrographics dip tank and rinse booth.

Guess I missed this forum!!!! :mrgreen: Home build table with presicion plasma rails, gantry, and gear reductions, CNCandC electronics, 1250 hyper therm. Have powermax torch and feather touch to mount. also just made deal to upgrade to their newer electronics..

And I love to cut aluminum :mrgreen:

Better at that then powder coating for sure!! :lol:

I've cut a part or two over the past 10 years, we have a 5'x10' with a hypertherm 1250 torch
